ParticipantI will pay a $1000.00 finders fees for anyone who finds a buyer for my Fresno/Clovis California area. The cost for both areas is $82.500. If you have any ideas or fourms for use please let me know. I’m trying to sell this area ASAP and currently have it on Craigs list with no success.

ParticipantDoes anyone have any ideas for how to find a buyer? Of course I’ve used the newspaper but it’s very expensive and didn’t get many calls anyway. Please note the finders fee. Thanks!

InactiveIt’s going to be very hard to sell a service related business with this type of market. You may try hiring a broker to sell however you’re going to be paying a hefty fee.

InactiveWild! I just talked to a broker today for an area that I would like to dump.
I let him know up front that there is very little room for a fee unless he could sell for more than I’m asking. He seemed very interested in not being concerned about a fee. He is green and wants practice. I’m like, “what-ev-ver”. 🙄September 18, 2008 at 11:44 am #152619Anonymous

Participantbetter than the above..go to google browser and type in

there are a number of chat rooms and forums in which you may list your area for sale…all for free, I believe.

ParticipantI have heard that most brokers in my area have a 10K minimum or 10% of the sale whatever is greater. OUCH that hurts.

ParticipantI wish anyone and everyone the very best in attempting to sell anyone, anything in the economy that some in Washington have given us….the very people who started the giveaway back in the early 90s are the guys fixing things now…
I doubt that the 10k figure sticks….8-10% sound more fair now…
Wish all the best.
