Does any one use magnets as a business card. I have only done a few in the past, but I have been told that they are a great thing to leave at a customers house. I want to look in to that magnets that look like the van. Who out there has done this with the new logo. I have seen the old logo already and they looked nice. It was also such a simple logo that it really was easy. What I want to see if possible is the whole logo package on the magnet. I want the tree year old to point to our van across the street and recognize it as the van on the refrigerator. I will be glad to pay to have one mailed to me.

If we leave business cards at a home, we also leave one regular magnet. Always cool to walk in to a high end home and see a fridge with nothing on it but your magnet!

March 18, 2008 at 3:37 am #151786Ca22ParticipantRon you were the one that I was talking about with the old logo magnet. Like I said it looked great, but I am looking for the new logo package. In fact it is because of your magnet that sits on my file cabinet near my desk that I started pursuing this again. I have had three different people comment on your magnet that came into the office lately. That is proof to me that it does work. Thanks for the inspiration.

March 18, 2008 at 11:57 am #151788AnonymousInactiveI think the cheapest way to buy them would be if corp. could set up an account through a manufacturer/printer, much the same way as we order business cards. The cost should be lower because of the potential quantity. They could all be the same except for the printed phone #. I was never happy with the old process of sticking a business card to a blank magnet (very tacky).

since the logo changed, we have had the new logo on the left side with blue background and info on the right of a magnetic business card. Looks identical to a business card. BIC manufactures and they have a special every several months…My last purchase was for $160/thousand… excellent quality.

She will know what you mean by the BIC special…yes, the pen people.
I almost always leave one on the fridge in a home or the filing cabinet in an office…
I will send a sample to those requesting…I have a thousand they goofed on and put a z instead of an s in my last name…got them free…they sent another thousand with the s for no charge.
Hope this helps someone.

March 20, 2008 at 5:10 am #151794AnonymousGuestDave – CO; That would be great.
Dave – PA; Can you send the van magnet?
March 20, 2008 at 6:47 am #151795Ca22ParticipantI spoke with Rick up in Boulder Colorado today. He took a picture of his van and the magnet is the shape and actual picture. This is exactly what I was looking for. He said that they have been a huge hit with all of his customers. He is mailing me a sample and all of the ordering info. I will post the results. I will contact the company and try to see what I can do about a HB deal. I think that it would be great if we could. order them through corporate, but I will have to see if that could even be a possibility. It’s not like Adam does not have enough to do already. Either way I will be back in touch. I think that this could be great. Most of my clients don’t even see our van parked outside when we are cleaning. Now they will be able to recognize the van around town.
