Delays in SMS and E-mail bid request messages

I’ve been made aware of some delay time with the bid request message going out after they are being sent. I’m currently working on tracking down this problem, and suspect that the mailer program is getting backed up. Is anyone recieving an unusual amount of bid requests with bogus information? If so please let me know so we can look into getting it fixed right away.
