    Gary:

You might want to try the coffee remover. If the 101 does not take care of the spot, the coffee remover would be our first attempt. Good luck!

    Gary,
When Citrus Booster is mixed with the 101 cleaner it forms a new compound which works better than either one alone on certain types of soil. Citrus Booster is different than Orange Deodorizer. I assume the soil you encountered needed the Citrus Booster and 101 Cleaner combination. Just because Citrus Booster and Orange Deodorizer have a citrus smell does not mean that they work the same. Each product has a purpose. We encourage all of our operators to always have all products on hand.

    Gary,
You have probably already seen this, but tea stains frequently look as though they are gone when cleaned with 101, however, they have a tendency to come back. Sometimes they start showing again within a couple of hours and sometimes it takes a day or so.

You may want to mention this to your customer and follow up with her to see if you need to return after you have the coffee remover.

Usually the reason they will come back is that usually berber is made of olefin. It will repel any liquid down to the last drop. I am usually very cautious when I go in for a spot like this. Remember to NOT SOAK the spot. It will wick back if you do. Start with a little bit of water and then add as you go. Always have a hair dryer handy so that you may see what the spot will do before you leave. You may need to hit it a couple of times before you leave. But, better than leaving and then getting called back.
