If you have not read or heard Joe Girard, I would recommend. I purchased some CDs on Ebay some time ago and am now playing them. His recommendations are truly awesome.

P.S.by the way, he was listed in Guinness as the greatest salesman in the world…each and every one of us is in sales. He sold cars, some 6/day for 15 years or so…(NO FLEET, 1 on 1) His techniques will work for us as well…
