This area consists of three main cities, (Chico, Paradise, & Oroville) and over 10 smaller towns. Total population is near 250,000 and growing. This area is still in its development stage and needs someone to finish developing it. All equipment is practically new and in excellent condition. Also I will be selling my brand new 2007 GMC Savana van which looks awesome. This area is a great place to live with many recreational activities and nice warm weather.
