Forgive me for asking this question as it may have been presented before but I will ask again…. Has anyone had any dealings with this company and if so how did it go? Please offer any info. I am grateful for your response.
Ultra Shield appears to be a company that manufactures a multitude of auto and home cleaning and deodorizing products such as; tire cleaner, leather cleaner/conditioner, airconditioner deodorizer, carpet spot/odor removers, mildew eliminators, ect. I JUST MAILED AN INVOICE TO THEM FOR A JOB I DID. (THEY ARE A COMPANY THAT IS IN THE FABRIC PROTECTION INDUSTRY. ) THEY ASKED ME WHAT I CHARGED AND I GAVE THEM A MIN & A TOTAL UPHOLSTERY CLEANING PRICE. THEY TAKE A WHILE TO PAY BUT IT IS EASY MONEY. I DID 3 CUSIONS (1 SIDE) FOR $75. I HAVE DONE 3 JOBS FOR THEM IN THE PAST YEAR AND A HALF..TYPICALLY THEY JUST WANT THE SOILED AREA CLEANED..GO FIGURE..
Ultra Shield found me. I did not go looking for them. Should someone want to pursue this a contact phone number is 800.679.3195. My contact person was Elaine @ ext 223. However she may not be the correct person to contact in setting up potenial new business, but, she may offer help in getting that done.
On this particular job Ultra Shield paid only for a spot cleaning. The customer paid for cleaning the rest of the sofa plus a matching love seat.They pay in 30 to 45 days.
If you accept a work order from them they will send you either by fax or email the form/workorder/service report. Customer must approve the end results and sign the service report accordingly. Fax the Service report along with an invoice to 877.679.3195. And the check should come in 3 to 5 weeks.

Just my opinion but I wasn’t real impressed with how the Ultra Shield product worked. The furniture never beaded up our cleaning solution anywhere during the cleaning process. Even in the back of the sofa the light spray of upholstery mate soaked immediately into the fabric. The Ultra Shield was to have been applied only 9 months ago. Its suppose to have a life of the furniture warranty.
I guess applying any other protectent voids the Ultra Shield warranty so be aware of this with the end user.
