I would like to see more forum topics that are specialized in unique groups. If we had a topic on carpet repairs I would be glad to help answer questions. This was a topic that I discussed in my repair class in Vegas and I think that it wold be good to be a topic of its own. If any one out there can think of more topics shoot them out there. I think that to many times things get entered in to misc. and then burried quickly. With all the changes that are going on this is a great time to bounce things off each other.

-Business Necessities (better title?) – includes things for running a business like insurance questions, accounting programs/questions, etc.. Employees could fall here too.Good idea Big GM!
After the way the seminar/conference went, I would add “products” to the already great mentioned topics.
I have got more urine stains out with FAE then ever before. Mix, spray, wait, and clean! Then treat the odor as needed. I didn’t know it worked so well for that.
New, newer, and us old timers could all benefit from this.

After a day of thinking I figure we should have a topic called chemicals. Then in that section a list of all of the chemicals HB offers. The operaters that have a lot of experience can share like in Vegas. ANd if you are new you can teach us old timers a thing or to. We did not have half the products in training seven years ago when I went to training..
