Have two separate areas and can’t keep up with both, so selling Montgomery area. This area is up and running at a modest level.

Yes, I’ll concentrate more on the areas you mentioned.Actually, I’ve intended all along to put more effort into the Mobile and Baldwin areas and eventually move there, however, I’ve stayed in Montgomery due to my Mom being ill. She is now back living with us for her remaining time, so I’ve decided to go ahead and let this area (Montgomery) go rather than wait. I just don’t have enough time in the day to keep up with everything.

I need your help! I really need to sell this area. Summer is here and my children are out of school, so I would like to relocate to the other area I have while school is out.
Here are the details:
Selling price: $35,900
Finder’s fee: $2,000
Includes everything a new franchisee would receive:
– I will ensure all cleaning products are at the levels of a new equipment package.
– Buffer will be used. I have two and haven’t used the second one much at all. That is the one they will get, so it is only slightly used.
– I will purchase a new Upholstery Mate for the buyer and keep the used one for my own backup spare.
– I will pay for their training package trip to Rexburg.
– I don’t have the spot dying items, however, I will also purchase those items and include them in the sale.
– Does not include van. I prefer not to sell the van, however, I would if a buyer wanted it badly rather than finding one on their own. That would be a separate sale of course.
I intend to keep this offer open for a few weeks. I will obtain the services of a sales agent here locally at some point. That will invlove a significant sales commission – 10%. I will lower my finder’s fee offer at that time and will post to that effect on this forum. So beat the bushes for anyone you know in this area or anyone who might want to move here and collect a generous finder’s fee.
