    Helo Everyone

I just saw a ad for this company Oxymagic in a Staten Island newspaper they say dry in 1 hour. I see on the web site they are a franchise. If anyone has any info I would be grateful

    Joe,
I did a search and found these links for Oxymagic Carpet Cleaning:

    http://www.franchisegator.com/cgi-bin/profile.php?key=928&f_type=6

    http://www.oxymagicfranchise.com/

I also found another called Oxyfresh. A link for some info on it:

Looks like they both are trying to capitalize on the “Oxy” hype for their marketing.

    Hey Joe,

Don’t worry bro. “oxy” products actually take about 2 or 3 hours to dry. Your one hour is honest, theirs is a lie. Their website says “typical dry time is AROUND an hour or so”.

Oxymagic Uses a small portable vacuum like machine that has two small rotating brushes, that extracts. It looks like a machine you would buy at Target or Wal-Mart. They also don’t pre-vacuum or groom the carpet. Their equipment fits in the back of a car trunk.

Sounds like a machine I saw in a small business/franchise magazine.

    Thanks Guys

I feel much better. I know we are the best but I get a little nervous when new franchises come along

a new franchise came to town a few years back. ran a full page color ad in the yelllow pages, newspaper ads, and undercut my prices. I lost a few jobs to them. I was worried sick. 6 MONTHS LATER THEY CLOSED UP SHOP AND LEFT TOWN!!!!

It’s always a little concerning when ‘the new cleaner’ comes to town. The facts are, there are many people that get into this business that don’t really realize that this is HARD Work. This is one of the reasons carpet cleaners come and go.

There are good systems out there . . . ours being the best. But, none of them are any good without the operator putting in the HARD work. When we combine our system with individuals who are willing to put in the work, we can’t be beat.
