I have my business set up on quickbooks pro and I want to send out reminder cards to all my customers. How do I go about setting this up. I would liker to be able to just put the cards in the printer and let it go to town. Thanks
I am working on the same thing. I was told that the first thing to do is export your customer data to Excel, then use mail merge to allow all data to placed in the Thank You/Reminder card template, then print. I have not done this yet, but will be trying this very soon…
That is how I’ve been doing it, however I’ve been having issues with the new reminder card Tyler updated. I can’t seem to get it to line up with the lines on the card. Plus now it prints one customer on all 4 cards instead of one per card.
