The Hollywood Hegemony has lost a key battle in their ongoing effort to suppress the rights of consumers worldwide. Norwegian teenager Jon Johansen has been acquitted of charges that he committed a crime when he created the DeCSS program that allowed him to watch legally purchased DVDs on his Linux computer.

all right this may help you the most http://www.katspace.org/computers/linux_dvd.html

found this article now find somewhere to download this software DeCSS 😀 😀 it seem once you get this you may still need some kind extra file to make it work right

i think i got the dvd-player to work, i only had two dvd’s to try where i was, and they both worked. I will try some more when i get home.

    i installed: libdvdread, libdvdcss2
er, i mean updated, seeing how they were already there.

    apt-get -f install

    🙂
