Has anyone who runs multiple vans found an appointment book were you can multi shift schedule on the same day. I am running 2 vans now and havent been able to find one. Any info will help. Thanks

We use a software package called Service CEO from Insight Direct for all of our scheduling (as well as customer management and accounts receivables). This is designed for running multiple vans.

Office Depot has a book that you can book up to for trucks on for the same day. It looks just like the DayMinder that we got from the corporate. If you open the cover it says Executive DayMinder & its $39.99. I’ve let Brett know about this on an email a while back. The info you shared at the seminer was very good, thanks for sharing.
