    Miss the printing of the calendar screen for our techs. I do use the tech report for each man. However the printing of the calendar would show all the techs on one page. That way everyone knew where everyone was going. Also gave our techs the option of when they were done they could go and help the other truck finish up for the day.

    Thanks for asking Tyler, I have another request.

    Could we have the invoices list our services in the way we want them to appear. As of now everything is alpha. Your comment to use the asterik (*) is a great idea, but other things have now shown it would be easier if we keyed in the way we wanted services rendered to appear. (i.e. 3 Area Special, Sofa, Recliner, chair, discount = everything will appear as 3 Area Special. Chair, Discount, Recliner, sofa)

    I do use the *(asterik which does put the discount at the bottom of the line).

    When I have been training office assistants, every time we go to remove a entry on the job tab of scheduling an appointment with control delete – a pop up comes up with DELETE RECORD – can’t tell you how many times it panics people.

    Could we change the term to DELETE LINE instead.

    Concerning expenses. When we type in an expense and need to correct it, we have to delete it and start over again.

    Most of the time it is just a simple decimal point that needs to be added or a change of date.

    Would it be possilbe to have the capability of going into the expense line and just do the simple correction without deleting the whole thing?

    It was mentioned before, but I’d like to see a function that allows to select a predetermined number of customers and then by a click of a button, print thank you and/or reminder cards. This would make it so much easier.

    A couple seggestions that i wrote down from conversations with other operators.

    1. Put the square foot of each room on the invoice, so that if they need just one or two rooms done, we can give them a quote by just looking at an invoice.

    2. Adjustable late fee’s. Be able to set it as a %, flat fee, or a one time fee.

    3. Resizable windows. The windows within the program (ie: the schedul box) needd to be able to resize. I run 1600×1200 resolution so that i can see things without scrolling, and a non-sizeable window defeates the purpose.

    In this picture, i tried to show what it would look like as a bigger window. Notice you can see the comments, square footage, and tax without scrolling.

    This picture is at about 85% scale.

    I’ll keep posting them as i get them from people.

    for some reason i have to enter my cd key everytime i use heaven’s best software why won’t it just stay there or realize i allready enter it in

    also why does the total revenue always include the sale tax this is not money made but to be paid so would be possible to get a tax tab under finicial and keep the sales tax out of the total revenue

    How can I go back in and edit an invoice where I entered the wrong “payment” date. I was entering customers in for late January and I forgot to change the date to reflect the actual date and it is showing up in February’s numbers.

    Baden Neilson:

    The invoice number to increment from the last used entered invoive.

    So if i used 3355, then next invoice would be 3356. That way we can start at a high number instead of single digits.

    Or even a pop-up box asking for the invoice number.

    Is it possible to add to the software the option of exporting a partial customer list? Say exporting the customers within a given time period? Reason, I’d like to use a mail merge for my reminder cards.

    -Be able to alphabatize or un-alphabatize the items added to a job.
    -Tab completion does not work anymore (able to just tab to add new products. It currently drop down to invoice when done with new item.)

    how about being able to show a % off. if i give 10% off of say.22 a sq ft, it it would be .198. it won’t except that kind of price. Also when entering sq footage it won’t except half feet. for example a hall that is 60 x 4.5 if you just make it 60×4 you lose 30 sq ft.
