Esitmate Requests

We have set up an estimate request page for customers to place a estimate request online. When you recive the request from the customer it will look like this:

Now the e-mail with the request will be sent from EstimateRequest@HeavensBest.com, if you hit reply it will be sent back to me (tyler). To reply to the customer, you need to look in the e-mail field of the information thay was sent. In this example we see:

Email Address: mommy2blake@msn.com

So, to reply to this request, i would hit the reply button on my e-mail program, and put the e-mail mommy2blake@msn.com in the e-mail address line. This way it will get to the person who requested it. If no e-mail is provided, then you will need to call ther person on the phone.
